Single Line Panel

The SLP is a configurable single-line sampling panel designed for precise cooling, conditioning, and safe sample delivery across a wide range of temperature and pressure conditions. Compact and robust, it provides a complete solution for monitoring a single sample point in industrial water and steam systems.

Available in four variants—LPMT, HPMT, HPHT, and LPHT—the SLP covers all standard operating ranges and supports options such as line sharing, double isolation valves, sample cooling, and pump-assisted pressure boosting. Each unit is fully tested, delivered FCA-ready, and integrates seamlessly with following SWAN analyzers: AMI Powercon S, AMI pH/Redox and AMI Oxytrace.

Modular configurations allow easy adaptation to plant requirements, while service-friendly access and flexible installation options—self-standing or wall-mounted—make the SLP ideal for return condensate, boiler water, feedwater, and steam applications.

Range of Applications

Return Condensate
Detect contamination in the condensate and protect the boiler feedwater system in case of problems with the water quality.

Boiler Water
Boiler water quality, control of blowdown and monitoring of the alkalization

Feedwater
Monitoring of the alkalization and feedwater quality.
